Singapore & Hong Kong, 11 August 2025 – KoverNow, the popular digital insurance platform, has announced the launch of a new program designed to build on the collaborations that are helping it enhance its services to customers.
The program, KARAT, will strengthen KoverNow’s already data-focused offer. Strategic partnerships with data providers and influencers will deliver intelligence for real-time and historical market prices of luxury products, allowing it to accurately value items, make dynamic coverage adjustments and tailor its insurance solutions. Asset managers and financial institutions will also be able to license KoverNow’s market price data.
“We have always based our insurance services and premiums, on market intelligence and up-to-the-minute valuation data,” said John Trotter, CSO and Managing Director, KoverNow Hong Kong. “We have expanded this by working with new partners, including retailers and ambassadors who have specific market expertise honed through experience. This adds a string to our bow, allowing us to leverage their knowledge and talent in the luxury and lifestyle space to enhance our offer to customers.”
The KARAT program extends to KoverNow’s retail partners, who can add value in-store by offering instant insurance to protect customers’ newly purchased items. This will include jewelers, watch dealers, camera shops, etc., helping to build stronger customer relationships.
In addition, the company will optimize affiliate marketing partnerships with online media platforms to boost traffic and brand visibility, not just for itself, but also for the ambassadors and retailers it is working with.
In the past two months, KoverNow has announced four new ambassadors: Ivan Joshua Loh, a professional photographer and camera enthusiast; the luxury handbag expert and data scientist, Jules Pastor; and founder and MD of The Whisky Collective, Glenn Meijer. In addition, the company will shortly introduce its ambassador for watches, Raphael P. Young.
