Stephan has spent two decades as a Financial Institutions Industry specialist in investment banking. Throughout the time in banking, he has been focusing on insurance innovation, -products, -capital and market aspects. In 2019, the ex-high school friends Robert and Stephan teamed up again to apply their joint experience in KoverNow.
Robert is a senior international technology marketing leader with more than 20 years of experience within the e-commerce, customer experience and channel markets. Before co-founding KoverNow with Stephan, he was responsible for Global Demand Generation at hybris software which was acquired by SAP in 2013.
Juin-Kuan is Associate Professor of Marketing at the National University of Singapore. He is a behavioral scientist and data scientist by training, and currently carries out research focusing on the challenges of nudging people to adopt useful technology. As a non-executive director at KoverNow, he is helping us adopt mechanisms to gain a more in-depth understanding of the behaviors of today’s consumers and their changing buying patterns.
